Glasgow-Edinburgh collaboration director, Laura Gordon, has added her voice to calls for a fast, direct rail connection from Glasgow to Edinburgh Park. Quoted in the Sunday Herald, she said, “it simply doesn’t make sense for this area, which is Scotland’s largest economic centre after the cities of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen, not to be properly serviced by transport links”.
