The ‘master copies’ of files can be posted here if they are of interest to other people on the Action Planning Group. This way, there is just one, latest version and we don’t need to clog Inboxes with attachments.
It also means that when one person/theme group completes a ’standard’ task ahead of others (e.g. invitation letter, briefing or presentation materials) then others can learn from, or comment on, this. Saves time, improves quality!
