Inspiring Capital

Tuesday, February 26th, 2008

In addition to investing in collaboration with Glasgow, Edinburgh has recently announced renewed support for collaboration with partners in its surrounding region through the Edinburgh Inspiring Capital inititiative.

The bespoke brand, drawing on the area’s many strengths, is designed to encourage people to live, visit, invest and study in Edinburgh’s vibrant city region. Its vision is that by 2015, Edinburgh will be the most successful and sustainable city in northern Europe. Edinburgh has already been voted the UK’s top place to live.

Inspiring Capital neatly complements Glasgow’s successful brand: Glasgow: Scotland with Style, led by the city’s Marketing Bureau. The Bureau scooped a prestigious award for its brand campaign in 2007.
