5. Delivering the Prospectus
Delivery of some projects identified in this Prospectus can be achieved by refocusing some of the current activity underway in each city. Some larger scale projects will require dedicated resources.
Ultimately, collaboration will be judged by the extent to which it fosters a spirit of co-operation between the cities, as well as practical results on the ground. Success will create the conditions to achieve radical changes in the cities’, and Scotland’s, ability to compete at higher levels in the international marketplace.
