HSR Joint Position Statement

Glasgow City Council, the City of Edinburgh Council and Scottish Enterprise are committed to securing a high speed rail service between Scotland and the south, London and Europe. Collaboration Initiative partners are pursuing a joint approach that will result in a step change in transport connectivity.
